All participants are encouraged to register early. Early registration, postmarked or received by April 30, 2001 will be US$155 or CN$209 for the entire week. There is a discounted rate of US$145 and CN$199 for registering on-line. Daily registration fees for those attending part-time will be US$40 or CN$60. For every five youth registered, a sponsor may register at a discounted rate of US$95 and CN$130. There is no additional discount for sponsors registering on-line. After April 30, late registration for youth or sponsors will be US$180 or CN$246. Cost for hotel and meals are not included.

Youth groups including sponsors are asked to register as a group. The word "group" may create confusion. So let's clarify it. Registering as a group is done two ways: via paper forms or on-line. To register as a group both by paper forms and on-line you still need to write (on paper forms ) or enter personal information (on-line) for each registrant. So, registering as a group for those registering with paper form means sending all forms together. Registering as a group on-line only means that you should enter among other information the name of the main youth sponsor and the name of the congregation.

Registrations on-line do not require credit card; also you can start any time, (register 5 youth today and 6 tomorrow and so forth).
